Shipping Methods
We typically employ the Standard Shipping option for the majority of orders. Delivery times are estimated at 5-7 business days for domestic orders within the United States and 7-12 business days for international orders, starting from the completion of the production process.More detailed information can be located in the section titled "Delivered Time Frame" below.
We offer an expedited shipping options:
- Express Shipping: Your item will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production completion. Please note that this option cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Express Shipping is currently accessible for Mug and Apparel (such as T-shirts, Hoodies, etc.) orders within the domestic United States.

Please note:
- Over 97% of packages typically arrive on time. However, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, foreign customs, or incorrect addresses. Should you encounter such situations, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
- If you prefer express shipping, kindly submit your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center. Please note that modifying orders may extend the production time by 1-2 days.
- For orders delivered to a P.O. Box, ensure to include the complete zip code (plus 4 or 5 digits) in your shipping address.
- Once your order is ready for dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches your doorstep.
- Please double-check and ensure the accuracy of all delivery information. Incorrect or missing details may prompt us to contact you for updates, potentially causing delays. Customs clearance may also contribute to order delays.
- To prevent any complications, please provide a comprehensive address. Failure to do so may result in the return of the package to us.
Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:
- Incorrect address
- Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at support@printyourwear.com and we’ll make it right!
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
