  • Major Cities & Urban Areas: Shipments typically arrive on the faster end of our estimated delivery window.
  • Suburban & Rural Areas: Standard delivery times apply, but depending on your local postal routing, it may take the full estimated timeframe to arrive.
  • Remote Areas, Alaska, Hawaii & Non-Contiguous Territories: Deliveries to remote locations, island territories, or APO/FPO addresses will require an additional 5-10 business days for transit.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • Our Carrier Partners: We partner with reliable global and domestic shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
  • Tracking Your Order: A verified tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email immediately after your order is dispatched. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

5. Shipping Fees & Calculations

All shipping costs are displayed clearly in USD at checkout based on your delivery address and order volume:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.50 USD for the first item, plus $2.00 USD for each additional item in the same order.
  • Premium Shipping + Insurance: $9.99 USD for the first item, plus $5.00 USD for each additional item in the same order.

Oversized Items: Heavy or oversized products, such as large Metal Signs, may be subject to additional dimensional carrier surcharges calculated directly at checkout.

6. Delivery Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct shipping information. Fast Shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Customs and Duties: International orders outside the United States may be subject to import customs clearance, taxes, or local duties determined by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.

What happens if my order is significantly delayed?
If your custom clothing has not arrived within 20 business days, or other accessories within 45 business days, please contact our support team immediately. We will issue a free reshipment or a full refund.

Can I split an order into multiple addresses?
No. We only support one delivery address per order. Please place separate orders if you need items sent to different locations.
