Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods are available and how much does it cost?

We use fast and reliable shipping services for all orders. For USA domestic orders, Standard Shipping starts at $6.50 USD for the first item (plus $2.00 for each additional item). We also offer Premium and Fast Delivery options at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full rate details.

How long will it take to get my package?

Total delivery time includes production (handling) and transit time. For US orders, production typically takes 2-5 business days, and standard transit takes 7-10 business days. (Please note that during peak holiday seasons, minor delays may occur).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer secure worldwide shipping to most international destinations. Customs fees and local duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking code shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please check around your property or with neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact the local courier provided in your tracking email. Should the issue persist, please reach out to our support team at support@printyourwear.com.

Orders & Returns

Can I modify or switch my order?

Yes, we allow sizing, color, or shipping address changes if requested within 48 hours of your purchase. Once this timeframe has passed, the order is locked for custom production and cannot be modified.

Can I cancel my order?

Absolutely. You are entitled to a 100% full refund if you request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be accepted as the item will have already entered production.

Can I return or refund my order?

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If the issue is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong size/design sent), you qualify for our "No Need to Return" policy—we will issue a free replacement or full refund based on photo evidence. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. We also offer PayPal checkout for your convenience and buyer protection.

Is buying online safe?
